About Artis
Artis Capital, LLC was created in 2009 by Brian Gill and Sam Glass with the aim of meeting the strategic capital needs of the next generation of private real estate sponsors emerging from the Great Recession. We are experienced real estate investment bankers, capital markets professionals, and principal investors. Our advantages include the following:

Artis' clients include vertically integrated owners/investors/operators of commercial real estate in the US and internationally, spanning many asset types, including industrial, multifamily, senior housing, student housing, hospitality, mixed-use, data centers, charter schools, raw land, single-family residential development, and other specialized market segments.
Our senior management backgrounds include principal investing, asset management, restructuring, fund management, fundraising, investment banking, commercial brokerage, and private wealth management. Clients rely on this diversified combined experience to achieve successful assignment execution.
